I was a souse chef at lovely vegan bistro in Lisbon called My Mother's Daughter, and catering for my own brand Skarabo when Covid came. I love to cook food, and the thought of doing something else for work is not appealing.

Kitchen CoLab is not only a great way to keep me cooking, but with people who align with my conscious catering concept!
What I Do
When I made the decision to stop stressing about saving the planet and eating well at the same time, and just focus on balance, food became fun again!

I love showing people my tips for finding the balance between sustainable shopping and nutrition; while making a plate as tasty as it is beautiful.
I've prepared meals for large companies like Epson; medium-sized businesses like Impact Hub Lisbon; and, retreats too!

Whatever your needs are I will approach with an interest to meet them with a sustainable and memorable solution.
Whether you want to eat-in at Sandhi House, take to the beach, or pick up to bring home after a long day, I am here for you!
