Three hours a week for social good

I’m reserving three hours each week to help nonprofits, NGOs, foundations, social enterprises, and community projects think through the hard stuff. No pitch and no invoice.

Sometimes you don’t need another framework. You need a sharp outside perspective from someone who has been there. Someone who can listen, ask better questions, and help you see the next move.

I’ve led a social project at a local level and helped grow a social enterprise across 11 countries and 15 cities. I’ve organized dozens of design-thinking workshops, helping social-enterprise founders and teams confront the challenges of scaling their solutions. I know how heavy that shit can get.

This isn’t a pitch. I’m not here to sell anything.

I believe it is important to find a few hours each week to support projects confronting social and environmental problems. Some people volunteer at their local dog shelter. Some people clean up a beach. My most useful skill is helping founders, operators, and leaders think more clearly when the work gets heavy.

So I’m setting aside three hours each week. If you run a nonprofit, social enterprise, NGO, foundation, or community project, use me. The time is free.

Bring the stuck thing. A hard decision. Team tension. Founder pressure. A messy plan. Even personal stuff that is affecting the work.

Tell me who you are, what you’re building, and what the challenge is.
